1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or public demo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the site for a company or dental practice, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the site or demo.
2. Public demo
The public voice demo is a product-evaluation experience. It may use sample availability, sample appointment flows, and simulated practice information. A demo confirmation is not an appointment, a promise from a dental practice, or a clinical instruction.
You control whether to grant microphone access and start a session. Do not provide protected health information, real patient details, payment data, government identifiers, or confidential information. MedStack may limit, suspend, or discontinue the demo to protect the service, investigate misuse, or update the product.
3. No medical advice or emergency service
MedStack is not a healthcare provider. The website and public demo do not diagnose, recommend treatment, determine candidacy, or replace a dentist or emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number. For urgent dental needs, contact a licensed dental professional and follow the practice’s emergency instructions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or demo to break the law; impersonate another person; submit information without authority; probe or bypass security; overload or disrupt the service; scrape the service in a way that harms availability; introduce malware; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; or use outputs to make clinical, legal, employment, credit, or other high-impact decisions.
5. Intellectual property
The site, product presentation, code, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and the MedStack Boundary Engine concept are owned by MedStack LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the public site for lawful evaluation; they do not transfer ownership.
6. Pilots and production services
Website descriptions, public pricing, and demonstrations are invitations to discuss a service, not a binding offer for a particular configuration. A pilot or production deployment begins only after the parties sign the applicable order, services agreement, data terms, and business associate agreement when required. Those documents control the scope, fees, service levels, data responsibilities, and warranties for that engagement.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party hosting, email, analytics, voice, and communications providers. MedStack is not responsible for a third party’s independent website or terms. A link is provided for context and does not imply endorsement of every statement on the linked site.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available.” MedStack disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. MedStack does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular search ranking, a patient conversion, an appointment, or a business result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedStack LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the public site or demo. MedStack’s aggregate liability for a claim based only on the free public site or demo will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.
10. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising only from the public website or demo will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming, and each party consents to that forum. A signed customer agreement may specify a different process for disputes under that agreement.
11. Changes
MedStack may update these terms as the site or service changes. The revision date appears at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
